Application: mainly used in the laboratory of ceramics, glass, enamel and other industries to prepare frit, glass low temperature flux, enamel glaze and bond, etc
Structure: lift type melting furnace, put a funnel-shaped crucible in the furnace, put the prepared frit material directly into the crucible from the upper side, the bottom of the crucible has a round hole flow mouth, which is sealed and butted by a long plug rod and the flow hole at the bottom of the crucible. Power on heating, when heating, the plug bar is in the state of downward pressure (under its own gravity), and it is in sealed contact with the flow hole to ensure no leakage in the heating process. After heating, pull up the stopper rod and start discharging. On the contrary, if the stopper is loosened, the flow will be stopped; if different flow rates are needed, the short stopper with different diameters and the long stopper can be used to control the flow. When the temperature rises to the specified temperature, the frit becomes molten and flows into the lower container automatically from the lower flow hole (there is a hole at the bottom of the crucible). When replacing the crucible, the lifting platform can be lowered for easy replacement. This type of high-temperature lifting furnace is equipped with a lifting platform for the crucible, which can raise the crucible to the furnace in working state. If the crucible needs to be replaced, the platform can be lowered for convenient replacement. This electric furnace is to place a crucible in the furnace, put the prepared frit directly from the top into the crucible (crucible used in the glass industry), and heat it with electricity. When the temperature rises to more than 1200 ℃, the frit will be melted , from the lower hole (there is a flow hole at the bottom of the crucible, which automatically flows into the lower container.
