III. structure introduction
High temperature trolley type resistance furnace is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, trolley, trolley traveling mechanism, heating element, furnace door, furnace door lifting mechanism, trolley tilt structure (excluding furnace bottom plate), etc. the temperature of electric furnace is controlled by special control cabinet and instrument indication. The lining of the furnace is made of light refractory bricks and the furnace shell is pasted with refractory fiber felt, so it has the characteristics of small loss in the empty furnace, fast temperature rise and low surface temperature, and has better energy saving effect.
The furnace body and trolley are welded by section steel and steel plate. The sand sealing device on both sides of the furnace body and the platform workshop can effectively prevent the heat loss in the furnace. The labyrinth masonry is adopted between the rear end of the trolley and the furnace body, and the refractory fiber felt is pasted to seal, so as to reduce the radiation and convection loss of the electric furnace.
The trolley is driven by a worm gear reducer installed at the bottom. The heating element is wound with ocr27a17mo2 alloy electric hot wire. It is placed on the parallel wire laying brick of the furnace and connected out of the furnace through the heat-resistant steel leading out rod.
